App FAQ
The app isn’t loading pages properly. What should I do?
Ensure you have a stable internet connection. If the issue persists, try closing the app completely and reopening it, or clearing the app cache in your phone’s settings. If this does not work, try restarting your phone then reopening the app. As a final step, try removing the app from your phone completely and then installing it again from scratch.How do I delete my data?
We do not require user accounts to use our app. However, if you have submitted information to us via a contact form within the app and would like it deleted from our records, please contact us here with the first line of your message being “Data Deletion Request.”- I’m getting notifications about new inventory that I don’t want to receive anymore. What should I do?
Go into the app settings screen where you will see the option to remove each notification. Choose the one you no longer want to receive, and disable it.
