Welcome to Mini Truck Depot (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website at https://minitruckdepot.com/ (the “Site”) and / or downloading, installing, or using the Mini Truck Depot mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). Together, the Site and the App are referred to as our “Services.” If you do not agree to these Terms, then you are not permitted to use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site or the App.

2. App License and App Store Terms

If you choose to use our App, the following additional terms apply:

  • License Grant: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on a mobile device owned or otherwise controlled by you strictly in accordance with these Terms.

  • App Store Disclaimers: You acknowledge and agree that these Terms are solely between you and Mini Truck Depot, not with the app store from which you downloaded the App (e.g., Google Play Store or Apple App Store). We are solely responsible for the App and its content. The app store providers have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App, and are not responsible for addressing any claims related to the App.

3. Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or the App, or interfere with any other party’s use of the Services, nor in any way which could bring the name of Mini Truck Depot into disrepute.

4. Informational Purposes Only

The information provided via the Services is for educational and informational purposes only. While we make every effort to ensure that the information on the Services is accurate and up to date, we make no representations, warranties, or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on our Services is accurate, complete, or up to date. Your use of any information or materials on these Services is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. 6. User Accounts

Users cannot create accounts on the Site or the App.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Stealing or copying images or text from the Site or the App.

  • Using said images or text from the Site or App as training data for an LLM or similar software.

  • Hacking, attempting to hack, or reverse-engineering the Site or the App.

  • Sending spam or other unsolicited communications through the forms, email address(es), or phone number(s) provided on our Services.

  • Accessing the Site or the App from Japan.

  • Any other activity which could be construed as illegal under US federal or Michigan state law.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at our discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mini Truck Depot shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, any damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new Terms on the Services in place of the old ones. Your continued use of the Services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
